• The server does not contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• You will keep the server information up to date

4. Prohibited Content

Servers containing the following content are strictly prohibited from being listed on Discelium:

• Illegal activities or content
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Adult content or NSFW material without proper age verification
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent activities
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software

5. Voting System

Our voting system is designed to help users discover quality servers. You agree not to:

• Manipulate votes through automated means or bots
• Create multiple accounts to inflate vote counts
• Participate in vote trading or vote manipulation schemes

Violations may result in removal of your server listing and potential ban from the platform.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on Discelium are provided on an 'as is' basis. Discelium makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Discelium or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Discelium.
